topic Device Connection - Music streamer in Broadband

We have a WD MyCloud NAS running a media server (TONKY) which is successfully streaming video to TV. We added a WiiM media streamer via a Network cable to the router which worked perfectly for months until, suddenly, towards end of June it stopped working. When trying to solve problem it says connected to two networks one wired and one wireless. They are both same network with same name! So should be treated as one. Tried connecting wirelessly but cannot see media server so resorted to connecting by cable but still have message that is connected to two networks.

Having thought WiiM it was faulty, purchased a new one. Problem still persists with connection and it keeps saying the same things. My daughter has same set up but is with Virgin and works perfectly! Must be SKY router!! Have tried 3rd party router but SKY won’t give VDSL username and password. Thoughts please.
