If you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here so you will need to contact Sky support about this:

Hi

We switched to Sky broadband about 1 month ago and went for the WiFi Max package because of the guaranteed coverage in all rooms. We were sent the white router.

Unfortunately, the WiFi signal keeps dropping out from devices when they are in certain rooms. The Sky app says that the signal is "good" but that's not been our experience. The signal was fine in these rooms with the BT router and we've setup the Sky router in exactly the same location. The app sends me here when I complete the checks.

What are my next steps?

Many thanks

Paul
