Sometimes even the message isn't being sent and we have to use our mobile network instead.&nbsp;</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>This is extremely disappointing. Please work on it or cancel the service as we are unable to continue with the same speed it should be around 500mbps. And I work from home, the screen stucks when I'm in meetings, this is frustrating and impacting my work.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It is very hard to speak to an advisor, everytime I call customer service, some robots talk and disconnect.
