Reset Router but cant access

I have tried to view my router settings on 192.168.0.1 and have reset the router so that it reverts to factory settings and the username is admin and password is sky, but this is not working.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I have the Sky Q Broadband Hub.

@scotsy0727 it is possible you have not fully reset the hub as if the reset ping is released too early the hub just reboots the reset ping has to be held in until the power led flashes which takes upmto 20 seconds. The sky password applies to the flst Q hub while the upright type uses the wifi password on the label as the admin password

I tried both the "admin" password and the wifi password on the box but no luck.

I did hold down the reset button until the power led flashed at me. Will try again when I am home.

@scotsy0727 So the user name is the word admin And the password is the label on the back marked as password: just as you read it, uppercase / lowercase and any numbers etc!

Got it working. I had tried the Wifi previously and it didnt work. Who knows, but I am in now.
