Please can you help me!

recently taken out sky within the last month, took the guaranteed WiFi in every room and it keeps dropping in and out. We can't run our phones of it when sitting in our back living room. It is driving us crazy and we can't talk to anyone. We have run all the checks and it says it's ok but it's not. Anyone any idea how we speak with something?
