Incorrectly blocked web site

Hello, the website [removed] is being blocked by Sky Broadband Shield when the filter is set to 18+. This is an artist's website hosted by WordPress.com and is not blacklisted or unsafe. Could you please review the classification and unblock it?

Thank you. I have made the site an exception so we can view it but I am anxious to ensure other sky users are not incorrectly blocked. I have submitted an email. If it is answeredproperly I will reply.

Sky don't use email for general communication so I'm not surprised you haven't received a reply yet. If you have used the address in the image it is likely to take longer than 24 hours for Sky to investigate.

what a waste of time. sky gives only this option to discuss issues and offers no proper support. The sooner i ditch sky the better,
