My internet keeps disconnecting and has been the case for the last couple weeks! I know you know about it as I have had messages saying it's getting fixed and here is some mobile data , the mobile data is no use to me as I don't use it, I would prefer money off my bill as I'm not getting the service I'm paying for! It's also saying there isn't anything wrong with my internet but I have no devices connected to it when I do. when I do the checks but the lights on the hub are red and isn't working on any my devices. I'm seriously thinking about changing my internet service as this is a constant problem

This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.

The service level agreement in the UK between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault is 2 WORKING DAYS which is the usual quoted time as Openreach claim to fix faults within that timeframe in 85+% of cases.

Auto compensation only applies to a TOTAL loss.
