      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not OP but I have also been getting this for the last week+&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I log into myhelprequests.sky.com I get a message saying "Error, There was a problem. Please try again later".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Image of page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://imgur.com/ZSUARz4" target="_blank"&gt;https://imgur.com/ZSUARz4&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get this on my phone and on my desktop PC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, If I go to the main sky website and log in then go to my messages section, I get this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://imgur.com/jPbgmwD" target="_blank"&gt;https://imgur.com/jPbgmwD&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I click that it tells me I have no messages, no cases, and when I try to open Documents or the Contracts tab I get a flash of a red dialogue box which then quickly switches to saying the page is restricted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did manage to grab a screenshot of the dialogue box in case that is relevant at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://imgur.com/nZW4hka" target="_blank"&gt;https://imgur.com/nZW4hka&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday [02/10/25] I was directed by text message from Sky to see the latest update on the delay since 22/09/25 of my order [14/09/25] of the installation of &amp;nbsp;Broadband/Talk package to &lt;A href="https://myhelprequests.sky.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://myhelprequests.sky.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and view a 10 digit number they supplied.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The link does not work, and still shows the same error message [Sky technical]. I have tried all the links suggested on this forum with the same result. How can this not have been corrected after what looks like at least 4 months?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SKY ID does not give me access to tracking my order either.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I spoke with an online "Sky Expert" this morning and after supplying all the relevant information, wanted to charge me before connecting me to the network to resolve the issue, which appears to be one of Sky's own making. I am still none the wiser about what the update is?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
