Billing continues as normal throughout the period of a fault occurring. Sky and Openreach engineers should be in uniform and will carry company I.D. if you have any doubts about their authenticity.

You will need to contact Sky to report that the fault has returned.

Hello,

My WiFi continues to fall out. Initial engineer attended and escalated the issue, he did not resolve matters. I escalated matters and a second engineer attended, seemingly to have solved the issue. Then, without notification an engineer appeared at my home trying to gain access without notification, you can image the implications of an individual attending you personal space without notice, completely unacceptable. However, the system was seemingly fixed therefore person was sent away. Please ensure you notify the home owner when a service person may attend, poor performance of this nature is not excepted, unprofessional and worrying. However, I again have no WiFi connection, but continue to have my full bill direct debited for an inoperable service. I have gone through the standard checks to no avail. It needs to be fixed.
