Missing power cable for ONT modem

I'm due to go live with Sky broadband next week, however my existing modem is missing a power cable. Can this be escalated to Sky so they can have one delivered from Openreach?

Unless I can order one online myself?

@HarveyGodden Sky will deal with this for you, but only once the system is activated, then you can call report it missing and the will have OR organise for you!

Can I request sky order the cable before activation? Otherwise I will be without WiFi for a period of time which is not ideal.

I am in the same boat - no ONT power cable for an Openreach Nokia ONT

sky have said no appointment with an Openreach until my fibre is activated next week.

to avoid being without wifi for who knows how long after activation, can I buy one myself now??

@CH0066 there are multiple manufacturers and models of ONT beyond the 3 Nokia models @JimM1 has linked to and it is unwise to use anything other than the approved power supply as the unit is Openreach's property. Honestly it is a pain but you are best off waiting for Openreach to suppky an approved powercsupply
