      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am due compensation this week from sky regarding the issues i had i spoke to someone yesterday and they informed me that i would oy get this as a credit to my account. Therefore i phoned ofcom who sky deal with also and i was told this is untrue this compensation can be put on as a credit to my account or i can get a back transfer or sent out a cheque.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;My understanding is that&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;OfCom rules state it will remain on your bill as a credit &lt;EM&gt;unless you agree otherwise at the time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A got an email Thursday saying it would credit my account. I when phoned and was told it can actually be transferred so they said it's sent it will be in my bank in 3-5 working days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
