&lt;P&gt;I'd guess you can try placing such an order, but it's frankly unclear what degree of verification and documentation ISPs require in these circumstances (and the typically vague 'advice' from Ofcom isn't particularly helpful)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If your alarm provider has made your system compatible with digital voice/voip or is now using a mobile sim for contact then you would be safe to upgrade to full fibre.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
