Hello all, I appreciate that you guys may not be computing or game experienced; however this is my last hope i suppose. I'm willing to follow any instructions needed to try and get this fixed!

I got in contact with Activision (call of duty) to see if this was something on their end but they have gotten me absolutely no where (shock).

when I'm playing the game during the beginning it's very laggy and then randomly through the game I'll lag and teleport around the map with it saying latency variation, extrapolation and packet loss. Then my game will disconnect me saying I've lost connection. I can send a video for a more clear understanding if need be 🙂 . I am fairly sure it isn't my pc as I recently got a new one and it happenes on both.

Any advice at all I'll be willing to take, if you have any contacts for trouble shooters let me know. I want to get this sorted fast as it's the only thing my old school mates can play now a days!

Yes, indeed it is, I use Ethernet fully connected. I've tried with and with out it's the same outcome no matter what. I switched over to mobile data and that fixed the problem I was having but it was just very laggy still as i was using my phone, I've come to the conclusion it's probably my WiFi in some way. If reset and reboot my router but that didn't seem to fix it if you or anyone else had a possible idea on fixing it let me know! Thanks 🙂

Hi apologies as I'm not too sure what you mean, I'm not the smartest tool in the shed when it comes to most things. There's normally only one sky box being used when I'm also using my pc, the sky box probably has a family member watching YouTube on that but this also happens when the skybox isn't on. Everything is also connected to Ethernet. Hope this helps!
