You will need to do it over mobile data as your network is down though!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/servicechecker" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/servicechecker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The red light&amp;nbsp; is loss of signal&amp;nbsp; it's&amp;nbsp; probably&amp;nbsp; an external&amp;nbsp; problem you need to&amp;nbsp; call&amp;nbsp; sky about this and arrange&amp;nbsp; an engineer&amp;nbsp; appointment, sounds like you have a break in the fibre optic cable&amp;nbsp; some where&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
