      <title>Connection dropped</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Connection-dropped/m-p/5031011#M501369</link>
<description>I've been getting a connection dropped message for about 30 minutes, I have gone through the usual recommended fixes of disconnecting and reconnecting various wires and doing a restart. Your app is strangely saying everything is working fine even though I can't connect and it actually drops out for 30 minutes plus fairly often. I moved from my previous ISP with the hope of avoiding frequent drop out. Every time I go through the sky fixes they keep restarting without getting to the end</description>
