      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same for me, this happens a lot at night but tends to be for 10-15 minutes. App always says it's fine (pointless) but this time it's getting on for an hour and still orange lights. Why have an app if it doesn't report correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem. Sky thinks it's ok but no WiFi at all. So much for their good service. This isn't the first time either. I need a good explanation but doubt if they monitor these chat threads and if they do &amp;nbsp;probably going to keep schtum&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
