&lt;P&gt;Typically that kind of delay is where the new contract is going to be provisioned by underground FTTP but there isn't an optical connection or a usable duct to the address at the moment.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Ordered April, still waiting installation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I ordered new broadband back in April, i am still waiting for the openreach engineer to call out, it has been cancelled several times.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;What is the hold up and why is it taking so long to get the works completed?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I now have to wait til August and more than likely it will get rescheduled again.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;I am not happy at all, i changed as i needed my broadband bill lowered.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;What are my options?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
