Slow speed

Hi,

I recently had sky max WiFi installed and I'm really disappointed with it so far.
I'm getting a maximum of 60mbps on any device in my house, when I should be getting 800+.

What can be done?

@FrazerSheppard When did you get the upgrade to the Fibre install, and how are you testing, the service checker will confirm what sky see's on the daily check, just expand the broadband to see what your service is like.

Hello,

it was installed last Monday and it says the service is fine through sky but if I use speed check on any device, it's not going above 60mbps...

@FrazerSheppard Does you speed chart look like the linked post but with a lot less data and up in the higher 900 range.!
