      <title>Broadband Issues</title>

      <description>We have Sky wifi and tv via a streaming puck. We've had persistent issues with both for weeks now. The TV freezes regularly or just cuts off because of broadband issues, but MySky tells me the system is fine when I run the checks. Can anyone assist please?</description>
