Slow broadband - mini boxes not connecting

Hi, I've got upload speeds of 3.4 mbps and download 139 mbps, jitter 3ms.

The sky multirooms are constantly disconnecting. I work on the second floor and in the past 6 months, the WiFi signal is terrible. I would upgrade but concerned Sky is not set up correctly.

would appreciate advice
