Can someone please let me know when this outage will be fixed our Internet went down Thursday and its now Saturday and no sign of improvement?

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services here. This is predominantly a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers.

If you've reported it then Sky will have passed it to Openreach to investigate and fix. The standard fix time quoted is two working days which Openreach claim to achieve in 80%+ of the time.

Assuming you reported that to Sky on Thursday, the Openreach target starts on Friday morning but doesn't include Saturday or Sunday, so they'd aim for resolution by end-of-day on Monday. As @Daniel0210 indicates, around 15% of faults exceed the target time to fix .
