Max hub not setting up?

Hello, I tried to set up the max hub yesterday after getting the confirmation our service was active. It gets to the point of 'setting up, may take a while' but after hours trying to set up, nothing, then an error message saying something might be wrong trying again, which I've done multiple times now. I can see that we've used about 6GB of data so far so it's been trying to download and install the firmware updates I imagine? I read somewhere that can be an issue with these hubs, on the hub itself it just has the one red light that pulses on and off slowly and like I said the app shows it's trying to set itself up. Does anyone have a solution or is it a fix only sky can do? Thankyou

Hello,

Thankyou for the reply.

I can't seem to get to the specific bit you mean about checking the hub is registered on the app, but I believe it is as when I go on the broadband tab on the app it shows the status of 'we're setting up your hub' which it's stated for around 12 hours now, and when I go into it, it says 'we're having trouble activating your hub' and I can tell it to restart the hub through the app I think so it appears to be showing on the app fine, it just can't get through updates possibly? Apparently it's downloaded around 6GB of data so it's trying to do something.
