Websites and emails hosted by Asura do not work on WiFi, but fine if WiFi off

@ColinS Have a start by looking at what you have set for your Broadband Shield settings on your account!

Shield is off and always has been, this only started last week when I couldn't get emails or get on to websites hosted at a particular host. Everything done on servers an no I P block.

works fine on other networks

these are 3 of several all hosted on same server which I can access on other networks and when WiFi if off on mobile (Apple and Android)

Also will not access their webmail either

All load fine here on a Sky Broadband connection so have you tried a reboot of your broadband hub at the mains ?

So can I, just not on Sky network.

this has only just happened and nothing has been changed, Must be Sky as no settings have been altered and it is only happening with domains that are on one specific IP address, that works on other networks I have logged in to.

@ColinS The only way to get past this will be to power off your hub for at least a couple off hours if it is a routing issue from the Hub to the Server!

@ColinS Is it just one particular device that is not getting to the sites, as you say mobile data is fine, or do you just use that device for everything!

This is happening on all devices. Laptop iPad, apple and android phones.

if use mobile data on mobiles all ok.

when using WiFi cannot get in to the sites or emails

@ColinS As you are having it on all the devices via a Wi-Fi connection then hub off is best, and you would be better to do the whatismyipaddress.com note the returned value before and after so you can see if the hub is going another way.

Am having the same issue with YouTube across all devices unfortunately. Doesnt seem to be loading videos and when it does it is extremely slow

Managed to get on to Sky this morning and went through everything and a load of settings on the router to no avai, there had been a software update last week.

Getting a new one sent out so fingers crossed

@ColinS Surprised you cannot get e-mails over the Mobile Data network, is it just web mail browsing and not able to client link.!

I can get mail over mobile network just not WiFi

Not much good on laptop though

It might be worth unplugging your router from the internet for 60 minutes, so that you are allocated a new IP address?
