Since you appear to be having the issue for such a long time now, and you need sky assistance to fix it out, then you will have to persist calling until you do manage to speak with someone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The number is in the link below or 150 if you have a landline/mobile phone from sky. We have actually been using our phones for Internet and our Internet to the TV is very slow buffering all the time when loading videos or prime or YouTube.
