It says my broadband is working. It says my WiFi is working and it says all equipment is working and connected properly. It either keeps coming up with error msgs or my screen is just blue. I can't even get it to play normal TV. I have only been set up for 2 days as I am new to sky. I wish I had stayed with Virgin as I never had any issues with them. I really can't cope with this. I am disabled and old. PLEASE can anyone help me
