Hello,

I have had frequent WiFi issues over the last couple of weeks now. I have done the WiFi checker and ran through the trouble shooting process and the issues persist. It keeps dipping in and out and now I am unable to even locate the WiFi signal on my phone and laptop. Can you please conduct some tests to see what the issue is?

However before doing so check the lights on your hub https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start and follow tge instructions. It is also worth rebooting the hub and test if the SSID shows when the devices is in the same room as the hub.
