I want broadband/ Internet installed, when I inquire they said no engineer needed as could be activated remotely on 4/7/25, router delivered 2/4/25, plugged in but not connecting as no phone socket in chalet, need new socket installed but cannot get engineer, I'm 70 yrs old with poor hearing and need Internet badly.
