      <description>Hi my devices are connected, but they say without Internet. The hub has all 3 lights suggesting it does have Internet. Please advise.</description>

      <description>I've had exactly the same since yesterday. I'd gone through all the checks theb told to book an engineer. This was theb cancelled stating there's an outage in my area which should be resolved within 24 hours but it's still not working</description>
