Upgrade offer for BB

Recently moved to Sky Broadband, by their own admission the service is not up to the contract agreement speeds, they offered an upgrade just now till the end of my agreement but provided no details of how to take up the offer...any ideas please?

@Proops23 Give Sky a call and see what they say to you regarding the email that you got and see if they give you any options to upgrade. Did the email give you any price on what the upgrade might cost?

Free upgrade offered but I have called them and there is nothing better to upgrade to sadly !

@Proops23 You do not say what the free upgrade was, but it might have been for a future FREE, and as you have not taken any offer who knows! The standard charge/s where £115 + anything additional and sky waived all of those so that was a saving!

The free upgrade was a proposed better deal serving our broadband which they cannot offer in my locale. All round waste of time essentially.
