      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The broadband and wifi are connected to all our devices but no internet connection is available.&amp;nbsp; I ahve tried all the troubleshooting steps such as unplugging the router etc but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have now been without i ternet for 48 hours and its becoming impossible to work from home.&amp;nbsp; We need immediate help with this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4427515"&gt;@Giuliano1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You could run the Diagnostic test to see if anything is found, else it is a call to sky for them to have a look for you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
