Sky WiFi extender not connecting

WiFi extender has power and WiFi but not connected to main Sky Q Hub. Sky main hub connected to broadband and works perfectly. I have tried all the suggested steps to reconnect (eg resetting the extender), without success. Any ideas welcome.
