      <description>&lt;P&gt;I signed up for sky broadband 2 weeks ago. ordered the hub.&amp;nbsp; an engineer came out over a week ago to check the connection- all good.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;had a call on Monday to confirm connection day today (3rd july).&amp;nbsp; waited in for 5 hrs, no engineer, and looking at the app the hub hasn't even been dispatched.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I was waiting on live chat for 30 mins for an answer regarding this. Then cut off.&amp;nbsp; you are not able to report an engineer hasn't arrived on the app.&amp;nbsp; This is not a good start. any advice please or should I just go elsewhere.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
