      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky Engineer came to my house and put way too many holes in the wall (!!!) haven't been able to get hold of Sky via call / email and need someone to come and repair the wall ASAP (?) What kind of service is this? Awful, awful, awful, Will be changing providers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Was this a Sky engineer or one from Openreach? What are the holes for? Did you not challenge the engineer before he/she left?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
