      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have made several calls, to be told everything that my broadband will be fixed that day.&amp;nbsp; When I call it does appear that there are limited details on my account, I keep being offered other services and goods.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I want to know is when my broadband will be fixed. My first visit was 27th June&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
