      <description>&lt;P&gt;Our broadband is not working. I have run diagnostic checks through the MySky app and it says everything is fine but we still have no Internet. I have tried turning the router off and on again three times now and nothing has changed. I need Internet right now so please can someone help me ASAP thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
