      <title>No internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open reach all 3 lights ok check, power WiFi light on sky hub check but no internet whatsoever tried everything. Called sky they sending out a new box but will that be the issue. I work from home due to illness and need the internet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You'll need to wait for thr new hub to see if this resolves the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;PS working from home does not give your service any greater priority, so if there is a fault on the line itself and the new hub doesn't resolve your current issue you'll need to report it and then allow at least 2 working days from reporting for the fault to be fixed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
