Wifi Issue

So we've recently returned to Sky from Talk talk, the wifi is okay on my phone (android) but my husband and daughter have iphones and the wifi just keeps dropping all the time. I've already tried to raise this, but can never get through. The Broadband and wifi healthchecker are all okay.

Is it all over the house or in certain places? What happens if their phones are close to the router?

Its all over, my daughter is generally in her room but my husbands will be downstairs most of the time.

It doesn't make much difference, its definitely worse when shes in her room. Thing is we changed from sky to talk talk 2 years ago, then back again to see as it was the same then.
