Ok thank you I shall try the service checker again in a bit then as for you saying about it being a temporary fix you might be right there so thank you as I hadn't thought of that. May I ask though why would it have been a temporary fix, was it because it was the weekend or were they trying to just get some sort of service back up and running?

So for the 2nd time in less than a week Mmmm my WiFi añd Sky Stream service has gone down now on Thursday into Friday it was down for at least 27 hours and eventually came back on Friday evening and now in the last half hour has gone down again I feel a little bit annoyed because it's causing me to miss out on tv I enjoy watching also I have a disability and rely on WiFi to stay connected with my family and friends and play games online. Please could someone give me some information as to why this has happened again soon after the outage last week? Thanks Dominic

@Dominic332 If the service checker is not showing any faults yet when you run it then give it another 30 minutes to catch up. As for the outage last week there might have just been a temp fix in place and it has gone again.
