If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the service checker also say the same or give you a different result?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Our internet has not been working today. I have followed the steps online and it says there's not an issue but when I phoned it said there is an issue with our in-home set up. Please could we have some help with getting online again?</description>
