      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4424863"&gt;@Jason1405&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If you have not already done so can you run the service checker if it has been more than an hour since this issue has happened.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4424874"&gt;@DAM3&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Even though the Wi-Fi light is green, but your internet light is flashing orange indicates that you have a broadband issue. Can you run the service checker again after 1 full hour offline please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ran it with it on with green power and WiFi light, internet is either not lit or flashing orange. Ran it with it unplugged out of interest and it showed still everything was fine. I work from home and am currently supposed to be on shift so need this fixing asap&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The Openreach SLA. is to fix any problems within 2 working days of it being reported to Sky.
