      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;span;&amp;gt;Just street 1pm today Virgin Internet disconnected following message that open reach work completed and BB now active.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;span;&amp;gt;Today is activation day. I've followed all the steps, the WiFi light is green but internet won't light up or connect at all.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;span;&amp;gt;It says they will connect Internet before midnight today as its the day of activation but still nothing yet and not holding my breath.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;span;&amp;gt;Really poor service so far.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;span;&amp;gt;No Internet for work or the kids. Please log as a complaint. Been a very stressful day.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;span;&amp;gt;Done everything asked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;span;&amp;gt;Grey cable plugged into the port, no need for the black wire, then connected to router.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;span;&amp;gt;Should have stuck with Virgin I feel (as will take another 2 days for this to be resolved&amp;nbsp; imagine).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Doesn't seem to let me check status or connection etc. It did last night, and showed everything was connected on this same page and reported no issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- tried to call sky tech team, lines don't open to 9am it said.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
