Your going to have to provide some more information if you want anyone to help you because your post title is 'Phone Calls' then your description is 'Offering 40% of my broadband' these two statements can't be related and dont make any sense.

Your post isn't clear. If you've received a call offering a 40% reduction it's likely to be a scam. Hopefully you didn't give any personal or account information.

That is a scam call as they want to get hold of your account details so they can order phones and other devices via it meaning you would be paying for them so did you give them anything account related details or did you just hang up ?
