    <description>Every night for about a week at 2am.. Internet shuts down, wifi turns off. After 10mins everything comes back on. I've been with Sky for 3yrs I think.. its never done this, (this consistently) before now.. why?</description>

When the count of errors exceeds a programmed level.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;This is quite normal as line conditions can change and is not considered a fault unless the system has to lower speeds below the guaranteed minimum.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
