We keep having problems with our broadband, right now it's stating it's not connected and that there seems to be a problem with your broadband but the tests I've done through the app says there isn't a problem- the sky stream tv is connected broadband router but not connected to the internet

@Leanne_1981

If you haven't done this yet then try a reboot of yor broadband hub at the mains. If you staill have no access then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
