Slow Broadband

Our 900mb broadband went live this week and the speeds have been terrible. I understand there is a 'bedding in' period where they run checks etc but its been unusable for working from home and streamkng. 5 days in and still well below the max speed at 10mb download speed. This was a soft install as the FTTP was already in place through another ISP and I've never had issues like this with the previous providers, even at the start. Is this common and how long can we expect poor performance and constant dropping on of connectivity?

@LiamP90

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
