Unable to update Android apps and youtube video issues.

Hello

I am having an issue where a lot of youtube videos are buffering alot, the buffering always starts when the video hits 10 seconds and either continues at random moments carrys on as normal.

I am also unable to update any apps on my android phone, they just seem to get stuck downloading then eventually fail to download.

Other online services seem unaffcted such as xbox, netflix amazon etc etc, but it all seems to be with google products. If I switch to my mobile data the updates complete without issue.

Intrestingly I am having the same issue as this forum post.

Also having issues with YouTube. Videos start buffering every 10 minutes or so and never resume playing. Other sites seem to be working fine.

I started having this very same issue yesterday. Updated playstore apps but they all just froze, this happens on all android devices in the house. If I use a different service provider or cellular they updated fine. Every change possible was made to the devices, cache and data clears uninstall re-install switch off and on etc. Still the same problem on all devices. I see this happened in west Yorkshire in January and it only got resolved after a national newspaper published an article. This needs looking into again as somthing has clearly changed this week to cause the problem. It was working fine Wednesday night.
