&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When this only happens between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
