&lt;P&gt;You are asking to other customers ounon&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;hete so as well as running the service checker did you also run the broadband line test, if you did and it reported no issues and if you believe it is an issue with your hub then all you can do is to call Sky about it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/home&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Persistent router issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have recently switched to Sky Broadband, but around once a day the router stops working and needs restarting so that devices can connect to it. I've just run the diagnositc tests through your website, but currently these are no issues. Are you able to see any errors in the logs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
