If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Broadband went during the night, done all the rest and reboots as told too however light is still solid red on the router. The website is saying there is no issues in my area but I find this very difficult to believe! I live in cornwall so we do rely on the Internet for phone calls as signal isn't great where we live. Anyone else having issues?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah I've done all of this, they say it's a fault in the property however nobody had touched anything when it went out currently waiting on the phone as its coming up to the weekend and we need the Internet,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your suggestions though xx&lt;/P&gt;</description>
