      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has always been the case for years, i&amp;nbsp; used to have it every&amp;nbsp; night&amp;nbsp; until&amp;nbsp; i&amp;nbsp; switched over to full fibre to the property broadband, i&amp;nbsp; believe&amp;nbsp; this is&amp;nbsp; line tests or something, been mentioned&amp;nbsp; many times before on here by other customers&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What colour&amp;nbsp; hub do you have ? i have the white wifi max hub and a pod i&amp;nbsp; to am on gigafast&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; have&amp;nbsp; had&amp;nbsp; no&amp;nbsp; problems personally&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky wifi max hub is what i have, i&amp;nbsp; have had gigafast broadband&amp;nbsp; from sky and the hub since January last year and had no problems, I&amp;nbsp; have 2 55inch&amp;nbsp; sky glass tvs a 43inch lg&amp;nbsp; smart tv&amp;nbsp; a puck, a sky live camera, freesat box, laptop, p c, tablet, a smart meter, 3 mobile phones, 3 Alex's, and my sons&amp;nbsp; Xbox and he has never said about an drop outs or freezing&amp;nbsp; while&amp;nbsp; playing&amp;nbsp; late at night, i&amp;nbsp; also have a booster&amp;nbsp; pod&amp;nbsp; as to help boost the&amp;nbsp; wifi signal&amp;nbsp; as i&amp;nbsp; live in an old house&amp;nbsp; with&amp;nbsp; thick walls, hope this helps you&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4419380"&gt;@Dinky3672&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If the hub is doing a FW update, will not matter part off the process at the end off the update is all applied, and reboot the hub to effect any change, failed updates do happen applied changes do not take affect and the same will be done till the hub get's it right!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trying to find out if anyone has got yet, have retired my sky hub so NOT putting it back on in the off chance that it FW updates, and having to go the wrath she who must be obeyed! Not worth that agro for sure!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have spoke to Sky and they have reset the settings and say it shouldn't happen again. Had to reset router etc while they were on the line&lt;/P&gt;</description>
